We say "your car" because the system we use allows you to analyze at any time an offer for the most common parts for your Volvo car. So everyone can easily find what they want.

The VOLVODEZ platform can be used free of charge by registered users. To create an account you need a working email and phone address which we will check when activating your account.

You can create a FREE account in just 3 easy steps. You will need a valid email address to access and a mobile phone number for validation.

  1. Fill out the form on the My Account page;
  2. Activate the account in the email you received by clicking on "Activate account"

Congratulations! Your account is now active and you can use it immediately.

You have two main ways to find parts: Using the site search described below or launching a "Price Quote"

The search for the part name or code is done by typing some details in the search bar at the top of the page. You can write the exact name of the piece here, depending on the brand, model, year.

or part code if you know it. For example, type "Volvo S60 front bumper 2005" here and press Enter. You will see all the ads that match your search.

Next, filter the results by entering additional keywords, selecting your car brand, model, category, price range, and the ads that match your search will be displayed in order of relevance. You can reorder the results by price or ad date.

Once you find the song you want on the site, click the "Add to cart" button. If you want to buy more parts, click on "Continue shopping" to return to the site.

When you have put all the pieces you need in the shopping cart, click on "View cart". Fill in the address and the delivery method after which "Confirm order". Your order has been sent to the seller.

Most of the time you will be called by the seller to confirm the order. You can check the status of your placed order in My Account, at My Orders. We advise you to contact the seller by phone for any questions regarding your order.

It is a system that allows you to buy several car parts with a single order. Search the site for the pieces you want, add each one to the cart and at the end fill in the delivery information once.
The purchased car part can be paid as written in the description of each ad. There are generally two methods: cash on delivery upon receipt of the package, or payment directly to the seller if you pick up the personal package. In case of more expensive parts, the seller may ask you to pay an advance before sending the package.
By law, any car part sold online has a 30-day warranty. That is, if that part does not match the description in the ad, you can return it. We also offer a technical warranty, provided that the part sold is assembled in an authorized RAR service for your car model. The seller will ask for the documents from the service in case you use the technical guarantee.
If you have changed your mind and no longer want a part for which you have already placed an order, you can cancel it directly from the site within a reasonable time after placing your order.
If the part you ordered does not conform to the description, is defective or does not fit, you must contact the seller for a return. Make sure that the received part remains in the original packaging and is not mounted on the machine.
